Bat-folk

Bat-folk are the bat beastfolk, descended from various ancient races of bat shifters. They come in many varieties, some of which appear very frightening indeed. Like other winged beastfolk, such as the avians, the wings and arms of bat-folk are connected; they do not have separate wings on their backs. They are not to be confused with the man-bat form of vampires. Ordinary bat-folk are only beastfolk, not any kind of shapeshifter or undead.
