Orcs - sometimes spelled Orks, and referred to by the [[Alfar]] as the Orcneäs - are Chaos beings that stand about the height of a man. Most have dark greyish skin, though some occasionally have a faint red or green hue. Their eyes are typically yellow, and their hair is always dark. Unlike many of the other Chaos ilk, not all of them stand hunched, and they have rounded instead of pointed ears. Their noses are generally stunted, occasionally to the point of having no nose at all. Their canine teeth are often more pronounced than other Chaos races, particularly their lower ones. This combined with their prominent underbite can give them the appearance of having tusks.

An orc warlord holding aloft a flaming blade, symbol of Surtur and his Armies of Chaos.
Orcs are one of the chaos races. They are dark mockeries of men created by the Jotnar, for whom they serve as the primary footsoldiers in the Armies of Chaos.

Appearance

Orcs - sometimes spelled Orks, and referred to by the Alfar as the Orcneäs - always stand shorter than the average human, and they cannot become as tall as most mortal men.

Culture

Orcs lead a life centered entirely around war. They eternally battle against the forces of the Noble races, and when they are not doing this, they are still fighting for survival among their own treacherous kind. They are known for their malice and tendency to capture the strongest enemy warriors alive, dragging them back to their camps.
