Nagas are snake beastfolk. The word usually refers to cobra-like beastfolk, although it may be used for other types of snake-people as well. Contrary to popular belief, they are not innately evil and have no relation to the demonic Apophi or Lamia.
Appearance
All nagas have the upper torso and arms of a man and the tail of a snake in place of legs. Most all nagas also have snake-like heads, though a few types in certain regions may have more human-like features, though their bodies are still covered in scales and their slightly more human heads have fangs and snake-like eyes. Generally speaking, however, most all nagas share a typical beastfolk appearance, with snake heads in addition to their other bestial features.
