A young member of the ruling family of Illikon and nephew to King Aetius Illikoni and Queen Carlisa Illikoni, Andal has a very complicated existence thanks to his Gift.

Biography

Born and raised in Castle Illikon, Andal and his family quickly discovered that he was born with the Gift. He lost his parents, one to battle and the other to illness, and is now being raised by the King and Queen of Illikon themselves. Though they have always done their best to take care of him, he feels separated from them thanks to missing his own parents and bearing magic, often locked away in the castle to protect himself and others. Andal slips away now and then to wander the city, however - which is how he met Titus and ran away from Castle Illikoni to be a part of his mage brotherhood.

Personality

Two words sum up Andal: nervous wreck. Suspicious of almost everyone and eternally brimming with anxiety, Andal is in constant search of solitude. More often than not, his family gives that to him. He is a kind and gentle soul, in truth, but being only a boy, he isn't sure yet what to make of most anything or anyone and has a tendency to panic at the smallest provocation.
