Sir Cassian Marks is a knight of Illikon and member of the House of Marks, whose seat is Eloh. He is married to Anne Drake, eldest sister of Tom Drake.

Biography

As heir to one of the most important houses of the Northwestern Kingdom, Sir Cassian Marks is a powerful man in Illikon - a city he staunchly defends with his life as a knight. When he married the eldest daughter of the House of Draconius, he put himself into an even stronger position in the Kingdom, with only the adopted bastard Tom Drake standing in his way to inheriting both Houses Mars and Drake.

Personality

Cassian Marks is a handsome, noble, brave, and important man - and he knows it. Extremely proud, he frequently butts heads with Tom Drake, whom he considers a brash lowborn lout unworthy of his station. Despite his often abrasive personality, Marks is very loyal to Illikon and fights fiercely to defend it against barbarian invaders from Northrim.
