Apate

Apate, Lady of Lies and the demon mistress of Deceit, takes the appearance of a pale-skinned woman with a forked tongue and extremely long black hair. This hair can take the shape of a garment or a pair of wings, and she uses it to hide her black horns and extra pair of arms. It can shift and engulf her body, forming a snake-like tail, or lashing out at foes.

Hers are the souls of those who spent their whole lives twisting the truth or inventing falsehoods for their own gain or to cause the downfall of others.
