Agruzgakbalat, demon Lord of Madness, has a form that is almost impossible to describe. A writhing mass of tentacles, snapping jaws, eyeballs on stalks, and dark shadows and shapes that defy mortal comprehension, he is a nightmare that is said to cause insanity in the viewer at a glance.

His are the souls of the truly insane, the mass-murdering madmen whose dementia cannot be defined by one of the more refined domains of other demons.

His minions, the Madness Demons, have forms as incomprehensible as their overlord’s. They are said to haunt mortals in attempts to drive them to insanity.
