Agruzgakbalat, sometimes called "Agruzgakbalat the Ogskittersnagboloob" for unknown reasons, is the demon Lord of Madness. He is considered a Phlegmatic-type demon of the Circle of Destruction, though he operates mostly independently of the other Demon Lords.
Appearanace
Agruzgakbalat has a form that is almost impossible to describe. A writhing mass of limbs, tentacles, snapping jaws, eyeballs on stalks, and dark shadows and shapes that defy mortal comprehension, he is a nightmare that is said to cause insanity in the viewer at a glance. Our only image of him comes from the description of a mad monk who claims to have seen him devour a group of warlocks who dared to call upon him. His description was little more than a rambling list of twisted body parts of men and beasts and nightmares, but an artist did his best to depict it - though the monk, stricken blind by the Demon Lord's glory - could not confirm its accuracy.

Agruzgakbalat's main demonic minions, the Maniae, have forms as incomprehensible as their overlord’s. They are said to haunt mortals in attempts to drive them to insanity. His realm is also guarded by lesser versions of himself that behave more like beasts, mere animals, with unpredictable brute cunning. They are called Ogskittersnagboloi.
