Suspicious of anything appearing even the slightest bit magical and always afraid from living so close to the cursed woods, the people of Eloh are constantly driven to work by the Earl of the House of Marks, Cassius Marks, who makes sure there is a healthy supply of materials from his mines flowing toward the docks in Illikon.
