Much like the Kitsune, the Tengu are Shifters of the Far East. They are worshiped by many as spiritual beings with powers over Air and the ability to shapeshift. Not much is truly known about them. In the West, the bird Shifters survive as Avians, which do not retain any shapeshifting powers.
