 In order to spawn, the Chaos races take captive other creatures and particularly the Noble races and keep them captive for extended perios of time, creating armies from them. The blood of these individuals will be added to the breeding pit. Dark rituals are performed to begin the creation of new monsters. The strength and soul of the individual whose blood was added to the pit will result in weaker or stronger monsters to be spawned. This is why the Chaos races attempt to capture the strongest warriors to use their blood to breed new armies.
