Pegasus

A pegasus (plural pegasi) is a rare, magical variety of horse with a pair of bird-like wings that enable it to fly. They are sometimes classified as chimerans or magical beasts. Pegasi are said to originate on islands far to the South. They are not easily found and are even less easily tamed.
